Question: Does PREM provide grants for Asian and African researchers living outside their home country?
In principle, PREM does not fund researchers from the eligible countries that live abroad, with the exception of Southern researchers that need to spend short periods of time (i.e. maximum of two months) in foreign countries to acquire skills/knowledge for the purpose of the PREM project.
