Question: Are PREM grants restricted to academic researchers or can NGOs apply?
PREM's focus is to strengthen academic research. Therefore, we encourage research institutions and academic organisations to apply for PREM grants. However, we encourage researchers to work with NGOs and policy makers. The nature of this collaboration should be made clear in the pre-proposal and proposals.
