Question: Are PREM grants mainly for economists or can non-economists apply?
PREM seeks to promote economic analyses of problems that lie in the area of environment and poverty. Thus, most of the grants we support have economists as principal investigators. Nevertheless, PREM supports multidisciplinary research. Therefore other disciplines are not necessarily excluded. The role of non-economist, however, is mainly to support the economist in conducting their analysis.
